Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HortiHub, operated by Get2Grow ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using HortiHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Description of Service
HortiHub is a professional platform providing horticulture calculation tools (light, climate, energy, and temperature calculators) and an interactive learning platform for greenhouse professionals. Access is granted on an invite or request basis.
2. Access and Accounts
Access to HortiHub requires an approved account. To request access, you must submit a request that is reviewed and approved by us. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at willem@get2grow.nl
Accounts are for individual professional use. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use HortiHub only for lawful professional purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-access the platform or its APIs
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The calculation tools provided by HortiHub are intended as professional aids and decision-support tools. They are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Specifically:
- Calculation results are based on standard formulas and the inputs you provide. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific commercial decision.
- All decisions based on HortiHub outputs remain the sole responsibility of the user.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.
Before making significant commercial or operational decisions, always verify results with qualified professionals.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get2Grow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of HortiHub, including but not limited to:
- Financial loss based on calculation results
- Crop or production losses
- Data loss or service interruption
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of HortiHub shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design elements of HortiHub are the property of Get2Grow and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your professional purposes.
Your data (learning progress, inputs you enter into calculators) remains yours. We do not claim ownership over data you create.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using HortiHub at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of HortiHub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
